We provide a one-year warranty for all friction and wear testing machines, including free technical support and repairs within the warranty period (excluding damage caused by human error).
In addition, we offer other services, including:

- On-site installation, debugging, and operational training can be arranged as needed (fees negotiated separately);
- Lifetime paid maintenance services are offered, along with supply of consumables and spare parts.

Can the testing performance be verified before delivery?
Absolutely! After production is complete, you may choose from the following options:
- Remote video testing: We will demonstrate the testing operations and performance for you via video;
- On-site testing: You are welcome to visit our factory to verify the equipment’s functionality in person;
- Sample testing: You can send samples to us, and we will conduct the tests, record videos, and provide detailed reports.

Do you offer any training on equipment operation?
Yes, certainly! We provide comprehensive technical guidance and training support for all customers who purchase our equipment, including:
